Parade of Homes™ Kick-Off/Awards Ceremony*The Parade of Homes™ is the biggest event of the year at TBA, so we like to treat it as such. From the beginning at the Kick-Off Party in January to the Awards Ceremony in June, the festivities never end!

Parade of Homes™ Judging Day*Usually held the Friday before the first weekend of the Parade, the Parade of Homes™ Judging Day is a day when TBA welcomes many esteemed judges from across the state.

Monthly General Membership Meetings* One of the most beneficial events TBA has to offer in terms of networking, our General Membership Meetings are held once a month. These meetings serve as the perfect opportunity to mingle and get to know our TBA members.

Monthly Remodelers Council Meetings* As the largest special-interest group in TBA, the monthly Remodelers Council meetings have lots to offer. The purpose of this council is unified representation to serve the professional remodeler and rehabilitator while providing information and educational opportunities.

TBA Housing Hall of Fame

The primary purpose of the Tallahassee Builders Association Hall of Fame is to honor men and women who have made significant and lasting contributions to housing in Tallahassee, the building industry, and to the Tallahassee Builders Association (TBA). A secondary purpose of the Housing Hall is to promote a positive image of Tallahassee’s building industry to the general public through increased awareness and education.
