Saltwater Fishing Tournament Committee Meeting  
The TBA Saltwater Fishing Tournament Committee beganmeeting last week and will meet on a bi-monthly basis over the next 6 months. 

Date: Wednesday, December 2nd

Open to all members who wish to participate in planning the 2016 Fishing Tournament.

Builders: Tom and Susan Vieth of Vieth Construction.
Our TBA Showhome will once again raise toys for the Toys for Tots organization this December when we open the home on December 11th for TBA Members andDecember 12-13 for the general public. 
 
You're Invited to  Join us Friday, December 11thfrom 5:30 pm - 7  pm  for our Holiday Hard Hat Happy Hour and remember to bring an unwrapped toy or please help fill the garage with a child's bicycle.

Parade of Homes               
The Committee has begun soliciting for the 2016 Parade of Homes (May 7-8 andMay 14-15).  Click here for the Builders Package. Early Bird Discounts are $1,550 for a single home and $1,350 each additional home. After January 21 rates are a flat $1,750 per home.

The KICK-OFF Parade of Homes Party will be held in January -Location and time to be determined.

Our next committee meeting is:  Tentatively Set for December 8 at11:30 am at the Tallahassee Democrat Office.   The time and Date may change due to the Showcase Home Hard Hard Event on Friday. Please note we will send a meeting notice on Friday if the Committee Meeting is cancelled.            
  
Builders Care - Thank you to all who participated!  
The 2015 Builders Care Program was created to provide the elderly and disadvantaged homeowners with minor repairs or upgrades that they cannot afford to do on their own. Our first project - theColson Residence - brought together 3 sisters (92,94 and 97) to their family home after living apart for the last 15 years. We ask that our members continue to support the efforts of Builders Care by making a donation. These donations will allow the committee to continue to find projects in our community and help TBA make a difference in the lives of our residents. Click here to make a donation.
