Calling fishermen, fisherwomen, and kayakers.... it's time to make your plans to participate in TBA's 2015 Saltwater Fishing Tournament set for Saturday, June 13 at the C-Quarters Marina in Carrabelle. There's big money on the line - minimum $1,000 payoffs each for the In-Shore Grand Slam, Offshore Grand Slam, and Kayaker's Grand Slam. You can register your boat or kayak by clicking on the tournament icon on the home page at tallyba.com. Major sponsors are ABC Supply(Anchor Sponsor), Pro-Build, Argos, and Bobby Dollar's Appliance Consultants (with support from GE, Sub-Zero and Wolf). Even if you're not planning to fish, there are two related events open to ALL TBA members. That would by the FREE Thursday evening (June 11) Captains' Dinner at CJ's on Capital Circle Northeast (with drinks and food from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm), and the Friday evening (June 12) Anglers' Social at C-Quarters where tickets are just $20 per person for a delicious Coosh's-catered Low Country Boil (7 pm start time). There will also be valuable door prizes at the Friday night event. You can use the Fishing Tournament form on the web site to purchase tickets to the Anglers' Social.
